Your aircraft logbook, current and shared
Your aircraft's hours always up to date, maintenance documented with photos, and several pilots writing in the same book.
- Airframe hours totalled
- Maintenance with photos
- Several pilots, one book
A pilot logbook and an aircraft logbook are not the same thing
Your flight log records your experience: your hours, your function on board, your landings. The aircraft logbook records the life of the aeroplane: the hours the airframe accumulates, who has flown it and what maintenance it has had.
Two different books for two different purposes — and in JustLogbook they coexist without you logging anything twice.
Airframe hours, totalled for you
When you add the aircraft you enter the hours and landings it had already accumulated. From then on every entry in the book adds to them automatically: total airframe hours, day and night landings, and the date it last flew.
No more asking the group chat how many hours the aeroplane has on it.
One entry, two books
When you log a flight in your personal logbook and link it to the aircraft, the entry also appears in the aircraft's book. You log once and both books stay current, with no duplicated work and no risk of the two drifting apart.
The aircraft's book, entry by entry
Everything that happens to the aircraft, in order and documented.
Flights with their pilot in command
Each entry keeps who was PIC, the route, the times and the landings. If that pilot does not use the app, you can still write their name.
Maintenance with photos
Record every job with its date, your notes and whatever photos you want to attach: the invoice, the part replaced, the state before and after.
A history that adds value
An aircraft with a complete, documented history is worth more the day you sell it, and reassures whoever shares it with you.
Several pilots, one book
Built for the flying club aircraft, joint ownership and the school.
Invite by email
The owner invites the other pilots with a link. Each signs in with their own account and sees that aircraft's book.
Owner and collaborators
The owner administers the book; collaborators view it and propose entries.
Entries get validated
When a collaborator logs a flight, the owner approves or rejects it before it counts towards the aircraft's hours.
Your aircraft's paperwork, in order
Keeping airframe hours current and maintenance jobs on record is not just good airworthiness practice: it is what lets you answer with facts when someone asks when the last inspection was done or how many hours the aircraft has flown since a given date.
