This legal notice governs access to and use of the justlogbook.com website and the JustLogbook app (the «Platform»), a digital logbook for pilots available on web, iOS and Android. Accessing the Platform makes you a user and means you accept this legal notice.
3. Terms of use of the service
The conditions for contracting and using the Platform's services, including paid plans, are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use, which form part of this legal notice together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the website (texts, images, designs, source code, logos, trade marks and other elements) belong to ICMB Demi SL or to third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming them without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

We work to keep the website available and its information accurate, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted, error-free service.
